I am looking for information on Towey's in England. My grandfather was Edward Thomas Towey born 1 Jul 1898 in Warrington England. His father was John, I don't know mother's name. Edward was married to Sarah Ward. Sarah parents were Patrick Ward and Elizabeth Jones. I believe Edward had a brother named John or James. Edward died in 1941 and any other brothers probably near that time. Family rumor has it that the men died with a heart defect at around 40 yrs old. My mother was his only child. She was a war bride that came to the U.S. Anyone out there that has family in Warrington related to the Towey's or Wards?
