My great grandparents were William and Sarah (Blackford) Trader. I have always felt that William was the son of Samuel Trader, but have never been able to make the connection. Today, I found an Anna Trader, who married William Baxter, listed on the RootsWeb family trees as the daughter of Samuel Trader and Susan Elizabeth Jordan. My great grandfather William Trader, died in Raymond City, Putnamm Co, WV, on Madch 13, 1936. His obituary (see attachment) shows that he had a sister named Anna Baxter from Clarksburg, WV. I beleive that the Anna Trader Baxter listed on the RootsWeb family trees and the Anna Baxter listed as William's sister are the same person. I would like to hear from anyone who might have any information on Anna Trader or any Trader's from WV.
