They had 8 children. I descend from their dtr Rebecca Foreman m. John Henry Friday-lived Steele City, Ne.
Their dtr. Mary Foreman m. Henry Traum. They had 7 children:
Sarah, Fanny, John H., Hattie May, Frank M., Will E. & Roy M. Traum

I've been told there were 7 Traum brother's who immigrated to the United States in the early 1900's.

One (Josef) settled in Michigan, Two settled in Ohio (Henry & ?), Four settled in or around Pennsylvania (Emil & ?). There may be some Traum sisters too.

I was extremely pleased to hear from you. I am indeed the person you are looking for. Moishe Leizer Kuttenplan was my maternal grandfather. We lived in Vienna. I and two older brothers left home a short time before the war, but my parents and younger brother perished in the holocaust. I have no idea what happened to my grandmother Dreshe, uncle Yitzhak and to all the Kuttenplan and Neumann family in Rudki and Levov.

Are you the son of Cypora Kuttenplan and Izchak Traum? I'm looking at the Kuttenplan family. My great-great-grand father was Israel Kutteplan (approx. 1830 to 1910). He lived in Rudki. I think he had a brother, Moshe Leizer Kutenplon.

I am looking for any information on Jakob Tram, possibly Traum, and his wife Mary Reiter Tram. I have been unable to locate Tram anywhere. We think it may have been changed from Traum, Tramm, Trammel, or maybe Trammell. Jakob died in 1950, and Mary died in 1959. Both died in Lima New York. Any help would be appreciated.

I happened to find Johann Traum on a listing of ships passengers on the web. This Johann Traum at age 18, from Serb Ittebe, Austria-Hungary, arrived Wednesday, 1 May, 1907, to Louisville, Ky - Via: Bre/Bal - Ship: Koeln. He was born in Serb Ittebe and going to joing uncle, Johann German.
Johann German was sponsored by uncle Julius Schneller who also was the uncle who sponsored my great Uncle Martin Nemes. My Martin Nemes was from Gross Betchkereck in the Banat region. He was Hungarian. I am also unable to find this particular Johann Traum in the U.S. Any connection?
