i am 16 and i am very curious about my family history. all i really know is we immigrated from Germany with the name Helwig or the name trautline but spelt trautlien. My grandparents are carolynn gullo-trautline and richard james trautline. or the helwig's. My dads name was richard james trautline jr, though he died in may of 1995. i live in superior wisconsin and most of my family lives in minnesota or wisconsin.if any one could help me that would be great. i would appreciate it thank you.
