I would be interested as well.

I have a Richard Treas Taylor in my research b: abt 1818 in Budock, and the unusual middle name Treas may be the mothers maiden name. Just curious if anyone has any info on this family.

It ay just be coincidence, but Richard is one of my brick walls I am trying to solve.

PRYOR — Services for Gene Ross Treas, 80, Pryor, are 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Chruch of Chouteau, the Revs. Don Bender, Tom Landsaw and Bob Killman officiating. Burial follows in Chouteau West Cemeter.
Mr. Treas died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007, at Pryor. He was born Sept. 3, 1926, at Lula to William Jasper Treas and Mary Annie Smith Treas.
Mr. Treas worked for the cement plant in maintenance for many years. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Boiler Makers Local 414. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Chouteau and Keenagers group there.
Bearers are his grandsons, Ben Treas, Sean Treas, Kevin Mibb, Keith Mibb, Eddie Silkey and Brennan Segraves. Honorary bearers are his great-grandsons, Nate Silkey and Skylar Segraves.

Graveside services for Clara Mae Treas, 88, of Paducah will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, at South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Calloway County with Dr. Ben Boone officiating.
Mrs. Treas died at 3:38 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2008, at Lourdes hospital.
A native of Calloway County, Mrs. Treas had recently resided at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was a homemaker and a member of South Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
Surviving are one daughter and her husband, June and Kenneth Andrews of Paducah; one sister, Annie Lee Cooper of Calloway County; one granddaughter and her husband, Lisa and Jerry Hawes of Paducah; and two great-grandsons, Cole Hawes and Casey Hawes, both of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mahlon Treas; one son, Larry Ray Treas; and one sister, Ruth Furchess. Her parents were Ollie Brandon and Pearl West Brandon Kelso.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, at the Lone Oak chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.

They are two different Amanda's !!!!!!!!
The one who married William BARNES is Amanda Clementine NOLES b.March 07, 1867 Lyons, KY.
Her 1st husband was Thomas Bently PUGH b.June 24, 1864.
They married April 05, 1887 in Metropolis, Massac County, Illinois. And they had the children named Barney, Arville Zuillia and Quillie/Quiley Mae Pascal PUGH.

I was told he married a Dora PUGH.

BENTON, Ky. Sina Wilmatene Treas , 85, of Benton died at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Marshall County Hospital.
Arrangements were incomplete at Collier Funeral Home of Benton.

Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Treas Ray of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Sharon Treas Haack of Symsonia; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Treas; five brothers; and a sister. Her parents were James K. Smith and Sarah Gertrude McGregor Smith.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
