I am looking for information on Joseph Braithwaite, born in Penrith,Westmorland, England. He arrived in Dundedin via Melborne in 1860. He was mayor of dunedin from 1905-1906.He married Mary Ann Bellett in Dundedin in 1872.Joseph died in 1917. Altogether they had 20 children, some of their names are mabel, percy, lilian, joseph, gwendoline, cecil, kathleen, horace, eric, olive, neville, warwick, rewi, roderick.
