I have an old photograph of "Homer Wheeler; Alice Wheeler, sister of Hattie Rice; Ruth Tressa, stepdaughter of Alice; and Bertha Wheeler, daughter of Alice" taken by Parrish Photographer, Mt. Pleasant, Mich. around the turn of the century.

My grandfather Paul GARCHER had a sister, his oldest sibling, named Mary GARCHER, born 1894 in PA.. She married a TRESSA. I have no proof but I believe his name was Andrew. The children they had that I know of are

Grandpa was born in Brier Hill, Fayette Co., PA.

HELLO to all that visit!! I had to create this message board due to the fact that I am a Tressa. I live in Ohio and am trying to research my family history with no avail!! Maybe someone could help me. I dad's name is Richard J and my grandfather's namd was John and he has a brother named William that is about all I know. can anyone help me?? My husbands family goes back 9 tracible generations I would like to do the same!!
