My family has lost the trail of our Trice Family. We get back as far as Hiland. He married a woman named Mattie Schefer who is his second wife. We cannot find the name of his first wife (who is the mother of my ggrandfather). My ggrandfather is Emmett Lee Trice who married Marie Philomena Thompson. They are the parents of my grandfather, Bernard Richard Trice who married Mary Henrietta Bradhurst. Hope this information is familiar to someone out there who can help us out. Thanks!
