Several years ago I found an article @ the State of Franklin
in Tn.and I evidently didn't absorb what was in the few pages I copied so i was going thru papers that I printed out at the Weatherford ,Tx.Library and LO & BEHOLD it tells about Reverand John Tunnel(b.1755)!! AND Bishop Francis Asbury !!
It states that Asbury did go down to that area.verify's inthat info in the article below. It states that John Tunnel was OVER
Rev.Thomas Ware & it mentions three more men.
