My ggg grandmother was Elizabeth Tupper, b. 1 Apr 1806 in Nova Scotia (near Cornwallis, possibly Scotts Bay). I believe her parents were Eliakim (III) and Rebecca (LOOMER) Tupper.

Eliakim, III was born 6 June 1776 in Cornwallis and died 12 Feb 1843 in Cornwallis. Rebecca was born 25 Nov 1785 and died 23 Dec 1872.

Elizabeth married Gideon ILLSLEY and had 14 children. She died 15 May 1861 near Cornwallis and is buried at Billtown Baptist Cemetery.
