Surnames: Frazier, Turnipseed, Nipper
Jacob Frasier died in Richland District, SC, by 17 April 1820. Jacob Turnipseed, John Turnipseed, and Bartholomew Turnipseed appraised his estate; John Nipper Sr., John Turnipseed, and William Frasher received legacies. How was Jacob Frasier related to the Turnipseed and Nipper families? Any information or clues will be greatly appreciated.
