This is all the info I have this may be a lead I'm not of the family just a helper.
Celia Tweed was the wife of Thomas Tweed who was a temporary volunteer who was captured in an engagement and was sent to a Rebel prison and suffered such treatment at the hands of the enemy that he died on the twenty-sixth day of April 1863.
