I'm looking for any information on any decendents from Joseph Uhl and Elizabeth (Whitman) Uhl. I believe they arrived by boat from Germany. I thank you in advance for your help.

I'm not sure if it fits anywhere, however my
great grandfather was Joseph uhl.I do have some family history and would love to share it with yuo.

I too, am looking for information on Joseph uhl, Elizabeth Uhl, I don't know if her maiden name was Whitman, They were from the St. Mary's area of Pennsylvania. Both were from Germany.

Am great great grandson of Joseph & Elizabeth Uhl who immigrated to Pa form Wurtemburg Germany in 1853. Son Charles Great Grandfather, Wallace Grandfather, Raymond W. Uhl father.

The UHL's are not my relations. They were just on the same ship that my relatives were on. I have no more info on the UHL's other than them being on board that ship. My relations -the SERVANI family (though the name was SAVANNAH in the US) settled in Scranton PA though that may not help on the destination of the UHL's. I just posted some of the names from the passenger list for the other families.

My GGG Grandparents were Joseph and Eliz Uhl, do not know Eliz maiden name. They arrived from Germany 6/3/1851 on the Dover from Havre France with children Christian, Charles and Joseph. They settled in Southport, Chemung Co. NY. They also had five more sons, Fritz, John, Henry, Peter and William. I am decendant of John Uhl and Emma Rosar Uhl. Is this who you are looking for?
