Missing Father
My name is Joever M. Ulibarri. I was born Sept 18, 1968 My fathers name is Jose Ulibarri and suppose to come from California. Where he was in the Navy. He met my mother Virginia in the Philippines in 1968 and he was onbourd the USS Constitution or Consolation. If anyone has any information on him I would be much appriciated. I have been looking for him for better half of 20 years.
