Looking for information pertaining to the family of Anne UNIACKE who married in 1774 in the Diocese of Cloyne, Co Cork, Ireland to the Cork born architect Michael SHANAHAN.
Anne's husband Michael SHANAHAN died 29 Apr 1811 and was buried in Ballintemple Church, Co Cork, Ireland.
Their children were (as far as I know at this time):
I have little info on these children but know that Frederick SHANAHAN attended Trinity College Dublin, that he studied there under Giles LEE and that he entered the college on 7 Mar 1806. Frederick **may** have had a daughter named Albertine [aka Louise Albertine Alphonsine Shanaghan] who married Joshua Walter MacGeough Bond in 1856 and who was mother to Sir Walter Arian MacGeough Bond (born 1857 Paris France). Frederick SHANAHAN **May** have died in France; I have two possible obits for him (1) from Oct 1847 and (2) from May 1831.
The daughter Anne SHANAHAN married c 1810 to Andrew LONG and she died in Paris, France while living at 20 Rue de Montaigue on 23 Oct 1857.
Richard SHANAHAN **MAY** have married Martha Peyton in 1827 but this has not been proven by me.
Michael SHANAHAN husband of Anne UNIACKE was known to have had at least 2 siblings, a brother and a sister:
Henry SHANAHAN (a chimney piece manufacturer, with a marble yard, in White Street Cork city)
Clotilda Sarah SHANAHAN who married David Thomas Mescal
Any info on these SHANAHANs or more particularly on Anne UNIACKE (her parents, etc.) would be gratefully received.
