Updike genealogy book by Charles Wilson Opdyke

Surnames: Updike, Updyke, Opdyke, Opdycke
Does anyone have any information on how to get a copy of the Opdyke book. The only source I found is from the Higginson Book Company, and though they are very reasonable, there are no pictures in their version. I would really like to get a copy with the pictures. If anyone knows of a source, please let me know by responding to this post.
