I know that marcellus was born abt 1867 in west virginia. He married A Pheobe C. or E. born about 1873-1876in WV. Believe they were married in west virginia. I am trying to find out what Pheobe C. or E. maiden name is. They had a son Henry R, Flary M, Luther F, James H. and a daughter Emma. Marcellus father was James born july 4 1840 in PN. and Mother Louisa Casteel Uphold. Any info would help thanks
