Robert married Mary Williams and the couple had 5 children. Robert died abt 1800-1810 probably in White Co., TN.

Mary remarried after Robert died, but the man she married was a drunk and abusive to her and the kids

Known Children:
Elizabeth b March 23, 1795 TN m John W. Wilkinson 1813 White Co. TN

Sarah who married James Wynne

Need to find the other children
Need to find when and where Robert was born and died
Need to find when and where Mary Williams was born and died and who her 2nd husband was and did she have children with him

George William Urrey(s)

This man has stumped me, oral family history claims Grandpa (George William Urrey Jr) to be the start of this man's 2nd family. So far my best lead has been a 1900 census record which match family documents. I'm certain that the Texas census is him,(making Annie his first wife, and Mary his first child). However discerning one George William from another any further than that census record is proving problematic as of yet. There was another George William in Alabama born around the same time as Grandpa's father, the 1910 census from Alabama differs enough that it leads me to believe they are 2 different George Williams living around the same time. So with out a birth record it is difficult to discern which George William is which any earlier than 1900. Does anyone have any pieces to add to this puzzle?

I only have unverified family rumors that we are connected to Urrey's of Isle of Wight. I have only started to attempt to break past the 1860s, so it might take a while before I find evidence one way or the other...
