Dont know if this helps. My ancestors are from amoroto in the basque contry in spain. Im pretty sure Ramon Urrutia had a sister that married an Ibarra. Justo Ibarra was their son that came to the US in the 50's. The timing might not match but its quite a coincidence that Urrutias and Ibarras live close to each other in Amoroto.
