Hi I am Peter Valcarcel born Cape Town South Africa living in London England, My Father Reginald Placido Valcarcel was first generation South African, his father Juan Valcarcel was born in Manila Philippines around 1890. He moved to South Afriva between 1920 and 1923 and then returned to the Philippines losing touch with his South African family.

Would like to hear from other Valcarcel that have origins in the Philippines and could possibly trace the family origins to Spain.

My grandmother's maiden name was QUIMPO and both he parents were born in the Philippines and migrated to South Africa in 1890.
