I'm looking for information on my great-grandmother Angele (Angelle) Vallett. I'm not sure about the spelling on these names. The only records I could find were the Catholic Church records and they seem to all have different spellings & sometimes names altogether! Her date of birth was 15 Nov 1867 in St. Mary Parish, LA. She was christened on 19 Jul 1868 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City, LA. She was married to Octave Lodrigue on March 9, 1877. They had 3 children Adolph (Pete), Emile, & Eva. According to family history there were no more children & she died in 1898. I have found in church records that there was a fourth child named Joseph Edgar Walter Lodigue. I can find no church record of his death or her death. If anybody could shed any light on this subjuct, I would relly appreciate it. I think Angele's parent's were Jean & Celina(Leblanc) Vallett.
