Michael VanBuskirk, son of Thomas VanBuskirk, m. 1748/45, Hunterdon Co., NJ to Maria/Mary Vandeventer.
Michael was born 6 Mar 1721; Hackensack, NJ; d. > 1837; Monroe Co., IND.
Tax List-16 May 1789-Michael Vanlaskirk-Moved to Shelby Co., KY.
His sons went down the Ohio (River) on their own flatboats in 1806 (to Shelby Co., KY). After one generation, they moved to Monroe Co., IND. Wynant Vandeventer went with them and joined them in Shelby Co., KY. (Bible Records.)
Any information appreciated. Would like to know if he had a son Isaac.
