Classification: Biography
Surnames: Vanderbeek, Van der Beek, Van Derbeeck
From the Mobile, Alabama newspaper
August 13, 1906
"The many friends of Mrs. Charles A. Vander Beeck will be pained to hear of her serious illness at the family residence, 808 North Jackson street."
This is not my line, just sharing, but you should know that Mobile is port city and many of its residents during the 1800's had homes there and in some other major eastern cities. They usually wintered in Mobile and spent the hot months in thier homes in New York or other eastern places. This may give someone a hint for searching for thier ancestors.
