I am trying to make the connection from the Vanderbilt's and the Van Aukens, probably in New York, in the late 1800's. I am looking to see if anyone knows of a Sarah Van Auken (Parents were Solomon and Angelick), who may have married a William Vanderbilt, and later lived in Iowa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
