I also connect to the vansky line. My connection is Florence vansky daughter of Zachariah married to Sarah Faurat. My florence married samuel sutherland.
I think you connect thru Jacob F. Vansky married to Mary M. Stevens. they had your John B. Vansky b.28 Sep 1882 d.Nov 1969 Lima Ohio. the other 2 children were Silas W and Elza.
Do I have my info correct?
I am also interested in your Monroe connection. I have Jane Monroe b.1810Pa who 1st married James sutherland in ross co. Ohio her 2nd marriage was to Edward Wilcox in Ross Co. the Wilcox came to Hardin Co. Also another Monroe connection is John Monroe who I think married Mary Ann Fultz daughter of Jacob and Anna Hesser on 31 Oct 1845 Hardin Co. Ohio. I have no info for this John Monroe.

I have John sheldon b. 6 Feb 1826 Delaware Co. son of William & Sarah Sheldon.
John Married Mary Fuls on 17 apr 1857 Logan. She was the daughter of John and Mary A. Fuls.
John and Mary had 7 children which. I have not picked up those 7 children.
I connect to many of the lines in Hardin Co. Vansky, Williams, Littleton, Sutherland, fultz/fuls, Chalfin, Wilcox,

I'm trying to make a connection. Does anyone know of an Ann Vansky in Hardin Co., OH, that married Henry Sheldon, also of Hardin County Ohio?

They would have been married around 1879.

Henry Sheldon was the son of John Sheldon and Mary Fuls.

Rose Vansky/Van Skye was born in PA. 1859. She married James Monroe Mathews (b.1850-d.1906). They lived in MN. then moved to Snohomish Co. WA. in 1894 with their children; LeRoy, Bertha, Eva and Ralph Mathews. Does anyone know Rose and her family? Thanks!
