hello- i am trying to find info on the family of J.F. McLendon of Clarkston GA. I know that wife was Alice Jolly,and that her father was HAA. Jolly and her mother was Carrie Hairston. Carrrie Hairston's father was A.M. Hairston, her mother was Nancy McLeod.

JF McLendon's daughter, Caroline Hayes McLendon, married Clemuel Barto Walden, their son, Philip Michael Walden, was my father. Any info would be great, but I'd really like to figure out who JF's father was. I know that there was an N.A. McLendon, who was married to Mary Latimer,who was Rebecca Latimer Felton's sister, but I dont know if N.A. was J.F's father or uncle.
