      <title>Vegards in Elmira NY</title>
      <link>http://boards.ancestry.com/surnames.vegard/1/mb.ashx</link>
<description>Researching the Vegard family. My grandmothers maiden name was Rahchel Vegard. She married Carmine (also known as Charles or Charlie) Ferraro ( named Fario until mid 1900s) They lived in the Elmira NY area specificially Southport NY. They had 8 or 9 children. She was born in Italy. She died in 1929 at a relatively young age. This such an unusual name I hope to be able to trace it back to its Italian roots. Any connections ? Please respond.</description>
