I am looking for information on Christian Venus of Rockingham Co. VA and Henry Venus of Augusta Co. VA in 1800. I believe they were both from Thuringen, Germany. My ger-gr-gr-grandfather, Jacob Summers, married Cristina (or Christiana) Venis in Augusta Co. about 1807. Is Christina the daughter of either Christian or Henry?
