Looking for information on the origin of the name Venus. My great-greatgrandfather, Hosea Venus, born May 1, 1881 in Williamson Co., IL. was married to Leona Clippner. They had 3 children: William, Teresa, and my greatgrandfather, Robert Newton Venus, born April 27 1907. ANY information would be helpful. Thank you.
