Let me start by saying none of the individuals in this post is related to my family. All I know is what I have posted here.

PLATTSBURGH — Mr. Joseph Paul Verville, 64, of Franklin County Nursing Home in Malone, and formerly of Plattsburgh, passed away May 18, 2006, at the Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone.

Joseph was born in Massena, N.Y., on March 8, 1942, the son of Elphege and Anne Marie (Chartier) Verville.

Joseph graduated from Mount Assumption Institute. He attended Wadams Hall Seminary for one year. He also attended Canisius College for two years. He received a bachelors degree from Plattsburgh State University. Joseph then went on to further his studies at Union College, where he received a paralegal degree. He was a member of St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh.

Joseph is survived by his mother of Bradenton, Fla.; one brother and sister-in-law, Joseph G. and Patricia Verville of Bradenton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Jane and Philip Deeb of Bradenton and Claudette and Thomas Ippolito of Sarasota, Fla.

Joseph was predeceased by his father; his wife, Theresa Verville; two daughters, Annette and Lynette Verville.

Calling hours will be held Monday, May 22, 2006, from 7 to 9 p.m. only, at the Brown Funeral Home Inc. in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. from St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Behavioral Health Services North.

I have search high and low in the area where Louis and Victoria (Lacourse) Verville lived to find out when Victoria died. Court house, cemeteries, church. I have had absolutely no luck. I know where Louis and his daughter Victoria are buired but have had no luck with his wife is. Does anyone know where or when she died? She was born in Gentilly, Canada in 1823 and died somewhere between 1880 and 1900. At the time of her death, the family lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near Ishpeming. HELP!!

My grandmother was a verville or related to them . She was from Virginia Minnesota. I had a great aunt louise a aunt sarah and I remmember a gussie which i beleive was a son to sarah. My grandmothers name was charlotte or know as lottie. Hello I am doing a little research on the verville name I beleive my grandmother was a verville . She had lived in virginia minnesota. She had married my grandfather alfred La Vigne ,I am not sure but I think louise a sarah and gussie might have been sister and brothers. My grandmothers name was charlotte or know as lottie. I am trying to find information on the Moses (Moise) Napoleon Verville family who lived in the Haughton and Isle Royale areas in the 1860s and 1870s.

The family later moved to the Ashland Co., Wisconsin areas.

Trying to find info on leona verville born 04 march 1898 died 07 may 1980. Married alfred auger somewhere @ 1918. there are 3 children I know of. had a daughter Claire born 17 march 1920 a second daughter theresa, and a son maurice. I not sure how many bothers and sisters she had but know of one brother Herve, a sister eva, and a sister manda or amanda. Any one know of this family? Please help

My great grandparents Mary Louise Verville and Cyrill Houle were born in Canada (Quebec) and raised their family in Neuganee, Michigan. Their children include: Fred, the oldest), Emile, and my grandfather Joseph Arthur born Dec 28, 1877.
Louis Verville, a pioneer of Clarksburg, was Louise's father.

PEMBROKE-Jeannette Verville, 89, of Pembroke Street, died Wednesday at Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, Fla., after a short illness. She was born in Pembroke, the daughter of Edmon and Leonida (Martel) Gagne. She worked as a textile worker for Arms Textile and Bee Bee Shoe Co. in Manchester before retiring. She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church. Verville was a member of St. Theresa Rosebush Society. Survivors include four sons, Gerald Verville of Allenstown, Roger Verville and Roland Verville, both of Pembroke, and Robert Verville of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a daughter, Claire Lavoie of Allenstown; a brother, Roland Gagne of Allenstown; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Her husband, Ernest Verville, died in 1978. Calling hours will not be held. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Burial will be held in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Allenstown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John the Baptist Renovation Fund, 10 School St., Allenstown 03275; or Tri-Town Volunteer Ambulance Service, P.O. Box 219, Suncook 03275.

Hello Fellow Verville's! Forgive me for being new to discover this part of my family, but now I'm on a deadline and need some help. Hello Chris,
Joseph Octave Verville lived in Lewiston, Maine in the early 1900. The marriage data you site is correct. I do not have any data of his ancestry, dead ends all around.

He died August 10,1935 in Lewiston's St. Mary's Hospital after being struck by a wood truck at Cedar and Lincoln Streets in Lewiston.

I have much about family descendents.

I am trying to trace the ancestry of my great-grandmother Parmélia Forget, wife of Napoléon Verville,
married October 23rd 1895 in Ste-Élisabeth.

I know that her parents were Onésime Forget Latour and Hermine Boucher, and that she was born in Ste-Élisabeth March 26th 1875.

Apparently, Onésime's parents were Jean-Baptiste Forget Latour and Rose-Angélique Guilbault.

Does anyone have any more information about Hermine Boucher, JB Forget Latour, or Rose-Angélique Guilbault?
