Hi and Talofa,

I myself would like to know more about the Laapui side because my great3Xgrandfather is Fuga Sala whom in our geneology says that he married "Ema" Laapui's daughter from fitiuta Manu'a. Thats all I know of the Laapui's. I know the rest that follow after that and it's a whole lot of people like: Almost all the Lutu's in Fagatogo, Fuga's in Pago, some of the Pulu clans, Marry Prithard the Tapa lady, the Booyaa Tribe, and the list goes on and on.

We here in Hawaii knows that we are related to grandma Valo her dad was Laapui but i don't know who. We are close anyways because we went to her and told her who we were.

so if you can, call me at 808 218-1284 cell.

take care..........fale

Hi and Talofa,

I am Iopu of Honolulu Hawaii. I noticed the name "EMA" Laapui of Manua Fitiuta. I am doing my geneology and came up with that name Ema the daughter of Laapui of Manu'a.

We are the people that come from Pagopago on the Fuga side. The story goes like this. Fuga Sala was married to Ema Laapuis daughter of Manua. They had five children, of the five I am from their daughter Foisaga who was married to Leoso of Leone and had Taalolo who ws married to Lutu Afoa Molioo of Fagatogo. They had nine boys and two girls. From that nine boys one of then is my grandfather who is Tafisi
Fale Maiavaitu Afoafouvale Lutu.

I would really want to talk to you more about the Laapui side because that is all we know.

Much love........Soifua....Fale
