My mother is a Victorian.Her parents were Fremont Denis Victorian who was born near Mamou and Alice Regina Griffith who was born near Ville Platte or Reddell. Fremont's father was Denis Victorian who married Augustine (Angelina) DeVille. Denis's parents were Jean Batiste Victorian and Sarah Green. We don't know much about our Victorian relatives. My mother was born in Texas. My grandfather, Fremont, moved to Liberty County, Texas to marry my grandmother whose family had moved there several years before.
