Her grandparents were Joseph LeDoux and Clara Rodgers and Eugene Vidrine, Jr and Virginia Naquin. her great grandfather was Louis Palimar LeDoux, I and he married a Matte.

my grandmother told me that on both sides of my mother's family there was a lot of Louisiana Choctaw. Clara was the first white woman -- according to my grandmother -- who has now passed on. She said that there is proof if I can find it and there is a BIA number somewhere. If anyone has any knowledge of this, i would appreciate the info.
