I am doing genealogy because I know little about my paternal side of the family "Vinson". My great grandparents were Carl and Lela Vinson and from what I have heard Carl had or has a sister named Pearl living in Oklahoma. They stayed around Searcy, Arkansas. My aunt said that the rumor is the previous surname was Vincent but someone was a horse thief and had it changed. If anyone knows ne thing please contact me
