I am sorting the Vogans of western Pa and have found an obituary for David L. Vogan born March 27, 1893 in New Castle and died there in 1957. He is the son of William and Elizabeth MILLER VOGAN according to the obituary. Can someone please help me place this family. I do have a Robert Richard Vogan who named a son Lawrence....could there be a connection between these families?
If anyone out there is connected to the New Castle Vogan lines, I would love to hear from you.
