Hi: I am looking for information regarding my GG Grandfather Charles and GG Grandmother Anna Hoffbauer.
Charles was born to Friederick G.H. Mathilda (Schneidewind) Hoffbauer in Leedershausen, Germany in 1842. They immigrated to America in 1848.
Charles married Anna Vogelbaugh.
His parents ended up settling in Buffalo Scott County Iowa.
My Great Grandmother, daughter of Charles Anna lived in Billings, Montana in the early 1900's.
I feel that perhaps Charles Anna Hoffbauer moved Nort West to the South Dakota or Montana area.
