I am looking for family or descendents of Claus Voss born in Heide Germany, Schleswig-Holstein in 1840. He emmigrated to the U.S. about 1865 staying in Ohio for a short time, then moving to Wheatland, Clinton county IA by 1869. He married Louise Meyer in 1869. They lived in Lowden, Cedar county IA in 1880. About 1884, they moved to Wall Lake, Sac county IA. Two daughters, Minnie and Sophia married into the Herrig family. Claus Voss had brothers and sisters living in IA in 1923. Any information would be appreciated.
