Ethel is my Grandmother but she gave my father up for adoption probably in the 1920's. Her parents were Thomas and Annie Waddle ( nee Sterling)I do not know what happened to her after my father was adopted. I don't know whether she ever married or when she died so she could have been registered at death with a different name. She gave birth to my father in Streatham, South London in 1915.
