Last will and testament of Nancy Davis of the town of Millersburg and the county of Mercer and the state of Illinois, made and published the 3rd day of July in the year of our Lord 1894.

In the name of God amen, I Nancy Davis of the town of Millersburg, in the county of Mercer, and the state of Illinois, is of the age of 71 years and being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following, that is to say : First : It is my will that my funeral expenses and all
my just debts be fully paid. Second : I give and bequeath to Warren Wakeland, my grandson, lot one in block six in the town of Millersburg and one bed and bedding. Third :
I want my daughters , Permelia Schmidt; Eliza Short; Marilla Goddard and Nettie Harris to have the balance of my beds, bedding and carpets.

The balance of my house hold goods and others, I wish to be sold and out of the proceeds thereof, I want each of my boys Charles Boles Wakeland, William Walter Wakeland, Isaac Wakeland,Frank Wakeland and John Wakeland, to have each of them, one dollar a piece out of the personal property of my estate and I hereby appoint Joseph L. Terry my executor to settle my business.
