Ronald E. Waldo
Ronald E. Waldo age 60, of Worthington, Pa.
and formerly of Erie,PA, died Thursday April 16, 2009 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning, Pa.
He was born September 14, 1948 a son of the late Howard and Margaret A. Cooney Waldo.
He served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He loved fishing and building model boats.
In addition
to his parents Ron was preceded in death by a brother Thomas in 2002 . Survivors include four children; Tracy Toth and her husband Erick of Port Charlotte, Fla.,
Erin Bowes and her husband Jeffrey of Erie,
Steven Waldo of Rock Hill, S.C.,
and Kenneth Waldo and his wife Jennifer of Riverview, Fla.
He also leaves six granddaughters;
two sisters, Jacqueline M. Anderson
and Laurie J. Fenstermacher;
and five brothers Marvin H., Richard E., David J., Gary L. and James A. Waldo;
along with several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 West 10th Street Erie, Pa. on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and are invited to attend a service there on Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Erie Cemetery.
