According to the information I have Thomas U. S. Grant Walker was born in July 1865 to William Walker and Ruth Elizabeth Morrow in Graysville, TN (or Sequatchie Valley TN). He died in 1954 on the way back home to Dallas, TX with his daughter Ruth after visiting our family in Crossville, TN. I think you are right on his wife's name although we knew her as Lizzie. They had several children including one set of twins. Uncle Grant said he worked for several years for the Texas Rangers. Several of his sons were rodeo cowboys. I have one picture of him in our living room on that last visit.
