Surnames: Walla, Kupecz, Sobol
Searching for any and all information on these surnames -- Walla, Kupecz, Sobol. After doing some quite intensive research for the last 6 months, I have uncovered several new facts. 1. Walla is my paternal surname;
2. Sobol is my grandfather's maternal surname.
3. Kupecz is my paternal grandmother's maiden name.
4. They all came to America from Austria-Hungary
5. They arrived prior to 1920
6. Some of them settled in PA, others in upstate NY.
