are you sure her name was Elena Delgado and not Ignacia Delgado..my grandfather was Jesus Walle who married Ignacia Delgado. What are your parent's names?

My name is Jesus (Jay) Walle Jr. My dad is Jesus Walle Sr, who has three living brothers, Luis, Jose and Andres and who all live in the US. My dad was born in Michocan to Jesus and Ignacia. Also, he has a sister which I forgot her name at this time who lives in Colima, Mexico (I think). He did have a brother named Vicente who died many years ago.

Hello. I'm a Walle who's both parents were born in Coalcoman, Michoacan. My father is Genaro Walle son of Lorenzo Walle and Consuelo Lopez. I'm not good with names but Coalcoman is a very small town. Everyone knows everyone and we still have strong ties back home. I'm actually attending a birthday party this weekend with my father's side of the family. I will ask around and see what information I find, we might end up being related.

I am trying to help a friend locate her ancestors in Mexico. Her Uncle was Vicente Walle, born in Coalcoman, Michoacan, Mexico who was married to Olivia Morales. Vicente's parents were Jesus Walle and Ignacia Delgado. He (Vicente) also has one brother we know of, a Luis Walle who lives in the US. If anyone can help us...please respond.

My g.g. grandfather was Paul Wilhelm Walle. He and his brother Nicholas came to the US from Germany in the 1850's. Paul's wife was Augusta Wilhelmine Herman. They settled in Kansas while Nicholas continued on to Cali for a short time and then settled in Indiana. Paul and Augusta had 12-13 children. I think my g. grandmother was the eldest Bertha Louise Walle. Youngest being Wilhelmina Augusta Humbarger(Walle). No info on Nicholas or remaining siblings of Bertha. Any info please contact me.

Then maybe you can help me fill in some blanks. I believe my g.grandmother was their eldest child Bertha Louise Walle..b. 1889 I believe and their youngest I think was Wilhelmina Augusta Walle who married Lee Anthony Humbarger. Yes I would very much like to see photo's. According to Rootsweb there are a total of 12 children of Paul and Augusta but I only have names of 2. If you can help with names and dates I would appreciate it greatly.

Its a small one........dont know anything much about it......the size of this silhouette is 7 inches in length by 2 1/2 width and its on a backboard which is 10 inches by 3 1/2 width, and under the silhouette are words which says "Order copies by No, H.D,,,,,,,,, from Gus Walle 509 Fifth Ave. New York." so Im not sure if all his silhouettes were like that or not.. do you know? Have you ever seen one? And also, are all of his silhouette small? This one is of a woman with a fancy hat on.........Mint condition.......

Gus Walle had a studio at 509 Fifth Avenue. New York I have a Silhouette with his name on it...........

Tried e-mailing you but had no luck. I know very little about Gus Walle beyond him working in New York City in the early 1900s. He had several studios there. I do have a self-portrait silhouette. I don't have any info on him past the mid-1920s.

He and his mother, Anna Amand Walle and sister Constance Valli immigrated to the US in 1912.
His father was Anthony Walle of Austria. Anthony and Anna had 7 children: Anthony, Hedwig Walle Stuchuptman Voltz, Constance, Anna, and that is all I have

I'm interested to know if my Walles are relative to you. Alvina Christine Lubitz of Leipzig married Julius Gottloeb Walle and immigrated to the US farming near Strong City
Kansas in the late 1800's. My grandmother was one of their 4 daughters and they had a son also. Alvina and Julius Walle are buried in Cottonwood Falls KS.

I do know that Julius is an ancestor of mine. I remember having heard my grandparents mentioning a Julius Walle one time or another. I seem to recall it to be a "family" name.

I come from the "Kansas" Walle's. My great, great grandfather came from Germany in the 1850's. His name was Paul Willhelm Walle. He was one of two brothers traveled together and went seperate ways once they arrived to America. One brother settled in California, with the other (my family) first settling back east before finally ending up in Kansas.

I need to make a correction...Bertha Louise Walle b. 1896 not 1889. And she died 1982. Another child of Paul and Augusta Walle was Wilhelmina Augusta Walle(Lee Anthony Humbarger) born in 1902. There are apparently 10 other siblings if you can help me with the names. Thanks
