Hi,

I am trying to find out more information about my great grandmother, Elsie Dorothy Wardle. She was born in 1897 in Brisbane, Australia and married John Martin Viljoen in 1917 in South Africa. I know Elsie left Australia when her parents died and there is mixed family memories about when this was, whether she went to England first and whether her Grandfather became her carer. I have no information about her parents etc and would like to fill in the gaps. There are no immigration or emigration records with her name on and I a now drawing a blank. Any help would be much appreciated.
