"Definitive" Wardwell Genealogy

I am working on compiling a definitive Genealogy of the descendants of Samuel Wardwell, executed for witchcraft in Salem in 1692.
Many Wardwells in this country are descended from Samuel, though there are other lines.
I currently have 2500 descendants in my database and can possibly answer many of the questions I've seen posted here.
In exchange, I would like whatever information you have that can be supported by personal family history or documentation.
Once completed, this Genealogy would be posted online for all to share.
If you're not sure if you are a descedent of Samuel Wardwell, send me the information you do have and I may be able to tell you.
Please include the sources for any information you send.

I am adopted and recently discovered that I was a member of the Wardwell family. I have Met Ida Annie who is a direct cousin. I am interested in learning more about James Franklin Wardwell. My full name was Annie Laura Wardwell. I have learned that I was named for a grand mother and a step grand mother. If you know anything about this family I would appreciat the information.

Mary A. Wardwell, age 25 and born in Indiana, is listed among Soldiers, as a housekeeper in the 1870 census for Socorro County, N/M.

I am not related to this person, I'm just passing on this information. I was looking through this census for someone else and noticed the list of Soldier names, so this must have been a fort they were at.

Looking for who his parents are, but there is a twist:
From his obit: Ridgefield Press 01-29-1892:
"Mr. BURT was born in Stamford, where he resided until his fourth year, when his mother the widow WARDWELL married William BURT of Ridgefield & moved to this place. He has been known by his stepfather's name since early childhood."

Have no clue as to what his mother's name was or who his father WARDWELL was.. any help would be appreciated! thanks

Samuel Wardwell is most famous and easiest starting point and have traced him back to my great x's 7 grandfather ..Im curious if anyone has any information on his father Thomas's family or his mothers. Just trying to go back as far as possible. Also, I have information on Dorothy wardwell and Arthur Hickeys children.. if anyone was looking for it..any relatives please feel free to email me..

We are looking for information about Juliette WARDWELL b. Abt. 1842, in Seneca, New York.
Juliette married Samuel BOWERS, September 04, 1864, in Isabella Co., Michigan.

Juliettes parents were, Lemuel Chase WARDWELL and Elizabeth (Betsy) WHITMORE. This couple had 14 children that I know of.

We don't know if Juliette and Samuel had children or if Juliette died very young.

Seeking Wardwell-Quimby connection in Maine

My gr-grandfather was Ralph Wardwell Quimby. I have been searching for several years for the origin of his middle name, and have not been able to make a Wardwell connection yet. I believe this connection will provide clues to my Quimby heritage, and am very interested in learning more about a Wardwell connection to the family. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Ralph was born November 09, 1873 in Portland, Cumberland, Maine, and died after 1954 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts. He was the son of Hosea S. Quimby and Lydia M. Kirkpatrick.

Ralph married Fanny Letitia Cash December 25, 1894 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts. She was born there in 1876 and died April 1967 in Rumford, Providence, Rhode Island.

My gr-gr-grandfather, Hosea S. Quimby, was born between September 21 - December 31, 1840 in Rome, Kennebec, Maine, and died September 20, 1907 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. He was the son of James Quimby and Abigail Furbush. He married Lydia M. Kirkpatrick on March 21, 1861 in Bangor, Penobscot, Maine. Lydia was born in 1842 in Maine and died February 13, 1904 in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the daughter of Charles W. Kirkpatrick and Mary L. Babbidge, both of Maine.

I am looking for any information on the parents of Ebenezer Wardwell of Penobscot Maine born ca. 1810 - Married Lovinia Hutchings ca. 1832. His son Albert was my great grandfather. He may not have been born in Penobscot, but I am not sure of that. There are other Ebanezer Wardwells from that area but none fit his profile.

She died 20 Jan 1847 in NH. She m. Jeremy Webster and they had 10 children,incl
Nathaniel F.Webster,my gggf. Nathaniel was a cabinet maker by trade and spent
much of his life in Savannah working for the firm of Isaac W.Morril Company,
wholesale and retail furniture and pianos. His brothers,James, Joseph, and Amos
also found employment in Georgia.The Webster family in New Hampshire is well-
known(incl. Daniel Webster).I searched the volumes available on the family
without learning much about Phebe - and nothing of her parents, etc. I'd appreciate

His Name was Baron Leo Wardwell; parents Adam Milton Wardwell,born 5-30-1885 and Laura Maud Barker, born July 6, 1889. She died in Eric,OK
11-10-1925. Other siblings Tressie Mae, Clarence William, Maudie Jewel, Delbert Scott, Helen Lorene, Vivian Lucille,James Franklin, Glenda Lee.

their son was Leonard G. Wardwell.

I believe that William and Phoebe were from Otsego County, NY. Leonard was living with his grandparents in Delaware County, NY in 1920. Leonard's Grandparents were George Smith b. 1865 Middletown, NY and wife Mary Elizabeth Burns b. 1872 possibly Massachusetts or NY

Searching for information about Monro WARDWELL who married Adeline (______)?
Their son, Samuel Ivan Wardwell was born about 1882 in Penobscot, Hancock, Maine. Merried 23 Nov 1907 in West Brooklin, Maine, to Gertrude Madora Jordan.

I am collaterally related to this family through Gertrude, but a grand-daughter of this couple, who has no computer (nor any hopes of getting one) is interested in tracing her Wardwell ancestors. Monro is the last name we know about - and he is supposedly from the Penobscot area.
Would appreciate any help Wardwell relatives can provide.
