I was surprised to find that after researching the WARNERs of Blockley Parish for over 10 years, that there was no DIDE message board. That has been taken care of and we now have a DIDE message board. I want to thank the WARNER Message Board Administrator for allowing me to announce the creation of the DIDE message board. The WARNER research which was handed down to me says the following:>> WILLIAM WARNER, son of John and Margaret WARNER, was baptized at Draycott, Parish of Blockley, Worcestershire, England on 8 July 1627. His wife was Ann DIDE, she may have been his second wife. Although a family tradition stated that William WARNER was in this country as early as 1658 no proof of this has been found. It seems probable that William WARNER and his family arrived in the Delaware in 1675.<<<
I would like for WARNER researchers who do have Ann DIDE in their research to help me with this new message board by joining me on the DIDE message board to dig into this to see if we can find an original source which proves the marriage of William WARNER and Ann Dide. I have been extracting WARNER and DIDE entries from the Blockly Parish Registers. When the list is complete I will post it on this message board.
William Warner's son, John WARNER, 1649, married Anne CAMPDEN. I have created a CAMPDEN Message Board as previously there was none.
Let's everyone dig through their files and see what they can find on these marriages.
