While at a yard sale in Heuvelton NY (St Lawrence Cty) this past summer, I happened across an old baptismal certificate for a Zofie Was dated March 3, 1918. The certificate is in Polish, and I am unable to decipher, but the church is shown as SS Piotra i Paula (Sts Peter & Paul)

It shows:
Chrzestni : Piotr Skorylas ?? and i Ludwika Hul
