On 18 June 1904 he married in London, England, Miss Ethel C. Butler, daughter of John C. and Francella Butler, 342 West End Avenue, NY. In the 1910 census he was in Idaho and gave his marital status as "widowed." He next married Mildred Booth Crossman/Grossman, granddaughter of the actor Edwin Thomas Booth, 1833-1893, and they had two children--Booth, 1917-1974, and Edwina, 1918-1985. By 1930 he and Mildred had parted company and he was married to Frances R. who survived him. He and Frances had two children--James M. and Cynthia, who also survived him. Cleveland Livingston Waterbury died at age 51 in Tyler, Texas, on 16 Aug 1937 and was buried from St. Bartholomew's Chapel on 20 Aug 1937.
