Egans of tramore

I'm searching for the Egan family based in Tramore in the early 19th Century.
Laurence Egan married Catherine Donovan in Tramore in 1813. They had 8 children, the eldest Patrick (born 1814) married Ann Mansfield. The second child Mary (born 1817) probably died as an infant. Thomas ( born 1818) also probably died as an infant. There was a fourth child, also called Mary (born 1819) and another Thomas (born 1822). The sixth child William (born 1825) married Ellen Hunt in 1858. The seventh child James (born 1828), my GGGrandfather, married Sarah Cain in Liverpool in 1853. The eighth child Catherine married Alexander Murray in 1865.
I have been unable to progress any further on Laurence Egan for at least 5 yrs. I suspect he was born outside County Waterford . The names Mary and Thomas were obviously of significance as they named two sets of children, probably after Laurence or Catherine's parents. Laurence was designated as a bookkeeper on James' wedding certificate. Laurence operated as a tenant farmer in 1834 as he was listed in Griffiths Valuation as having 2 acres of land in Carrickavantry (Carrigavantry). Laurence had died by 1864 and the tenancy was taken over by his son William.
I'd appreciate any help or information that may aid me in my efforts to trace my family line and would be pleased to exchange information with anyone who thinks they have a connection.

Mike Egan

His name was Thomas Gayton, of Tipperary. He was between 12-14 years of age.His parents were Thomas & Eleanor (????) Gayton of the same county. I have no information on any city, except that he embarked from Waterford.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Falcon
