Hi,
Any help in finding information on the parents of Laura Frances Waters would be great.
She was born in 1846 in Wilkinson Co GA, was orphaned young, and, I believe, was reared by the Joseph Bell Family after the death of her parents. I know of at least one sibling, called "Dick." Laura married Newman Rusell White.
